I Am PURE
Reflection and Practice Guide
This guide is a companion to the essay “I Am PURE — The Return to the Innocence of Being.” Use it as a quiet space for reflection, journaling, and daily remembrance. Allow each question to unfold naturally, without hurry or self‑judgment. There are no right answers — only the invitation to meet yourself with gentleness and curiosity.
Page 1 — Gentle Self‑Inquiry & Journaling Prompts
- When I softly whisper “I Am PURE,” what sensations or emotions arise in my body?
- What parts of me still believe they are impure, unworthy, or broken?
- How does my body feel when I rest in purity without trying to be good or fixed?
- What does purity mean when fear, anger, or grief are present?
- In what moments do I forget my purity, and how might I remember again?
- If I am pure awareness, how does that change the way I speak to myself?
- What would life feel like if I trusted that I have always been pure?
Page 2 — Daily Practice & Integration
- Morning Practice — Awakening in Purity (2 minutes)
Upon awakening, place a hand over your heart and whisper softly, “I Am PURE.” Feel the breath moving through the body. Allow the words to settle until a quiet smile appears.
- Mid‑Day Pause — Remembering Wholeness (10 seconds)
During your day, stop once or twice and breathe slowly. On the out‑breath, repeat inwardly, “I Am PURE.” Notice the return of ease.
- Evening Reflection — Returning to Stillness (3 minutes)
Before sleep, close your eyes and recall one moment from the day when you remembered your purity. Give thanks, and rest in the knowing that even what felt difficult belonged within the light of awareness.
Affirmations to Anchor the Teaching
- I am pure awareness in every moment.
- My imperfections belong to the wholeness of life.
- Purity is not something I earn — it is what I am.
May this guide remind you that purity is never lost — only forgotten for a while. Each gentle remembrance is a return to the heart of being.
